Booking Options

At Offleyhay Village Hall, we aim to keep our hire charges fair, transparent and easy to understand. Whether you’re planning a children’s party, a family celebration, a social event or a weekend gathering, our pricing structure is designed to suit a wide range of occasions. All bookings must include the time required for setting up and clearing away, ensuring the hall is ready for the next user. Below, you’ll find full details of our hourly rates, package options and additional hire items.

  • Hall Hire Only £14/hour

    Minimum two hours per booking

  • Children's Parties £50

    Minimum hire four hours

  • Other Parties, Discos & Social Events £60

    Minimum hire five hours

  • 24 Hour Booking £170
  • 48 Hour Weekend Booking £340

Notes

  1. Booking time must include sufficient time to set up and clear away before and after the event.
  2. Full payment required at time of booking.
  3. Each additional hour of hire charged at the standard rate.
  4. We also have a loudspeaker system available for hire £25 with a refundable £100 damage deposit.  Indoor use only.
  5. If you need extra space we also have 2 Marquees available for hire.  On site use only.  Please enquire for details.
